The bakery name is inspired by the famous book “The Alchemist” by Paulo Cohelo. Alchemist means a person who transforms raw material into gold through a process. Ambreen Hasan, a chemical engineer, listened to her heart by following her passion of baking. At “The Alchemist Baker”, she transforms raw ingredients like flour, sugar, butter into creative masterpieces.
You will find a lot of inspiration from this book in this bakery. Come check out the center mural created by Ambreen’s older daughter. Her husband may be spotted in the kitchen washing dishes and her daughters will be welcoming the customers.
