The bakery name is inspired by the famous book “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho. Alchemist means a person who transforms raw materials into gold through a process. Two years ago, Aaditi Dixit listened to her heart by following her passion for baking and walked into The Alchemist Baker which transformed her from an enthusiastic baker into a Pastry Chef. And now as the Owner she continues to transform raw ingredients like flour, sugar, butter into creative masterpieces.
You will find a lot of inspiration from this book in this bakery. The center mural would inspire you to create something new and follow your heart.
